My Valour is "frozen" on a single blue light or just "frozen" in general.
It seems that you're experiencing a known issue with the Bluetooth on your Valour and your account. In order to fix this you should do the following 2 steps:
- Your Valour has to be reset, in order to do that it must run out of battery power. Do not charge your Valour, and if you're going to be riding it please ensure that the dynamo cable is unplugged from the handlebar and held by the other cables near the handlebar.
- Once your Valour has run out of power (all of the lights have turned off, it could take up to 2 days) try shaking the Valour and ensure that the blue lights don't turn on. Once this is confirmed plug the wall charger back into the handlebar and once it starts charging it will have successfully reset.
After these steps are completed this should resolve your issue.
